NORKA Care Plus Phase II enrolment opens, offers upto ₹1 crore insurance cover for Pravasi Keralites

The health and accident insurance scheme offers cashless treatment across more than 24,000 hospitals for eligible NORKA ID holders and their families.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The Kerala government has opened Phase II enrolment for NORKA Care Plus, its health and accident insurance programme aimed at providing greater financial protection to Pravasi Keralites and their families.

The scheme offers insurance coverage ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹1 crore, along with access to cashless treatment at more than 24,000 hospitals, according to information released by the Chief Minister’s Office.

NORKA ID holders and their families are eligible to enrol under the programme, which is designed to provide health and accident insurance protection for Keralites living outside the state.

The government said applications for the second phase can be submitted through the designated website or mobile application.

The deadline for Phase II enrolment is September 18, 2026.
